Claude can now write like you. ✍️
Anthropic has introduced a new feature for Claude that lets it generate outputs based on your unique writing style.
You can choose from presets like Formal, Concise, or Explanatory, or create custom style based on your existing writing. You just have to update examples of your writing and Claude will generate outputs based on this.
Why this matters:
We spend hours writing documents each days. Being able to create and save custom style based on your existing pieces of writing will improve significantly the relevance of your AI outputs and save you quite some time every day.
How this can help you:
Here are a few use cases for you as a PM/PMM:
Write customer emails based on your existing ones.
Maintain a consistent tone across all your team’s communications.
Speed up content creation without losing the human touch.
I really like the saving feature. Once you’ve set up all your writing style, you can really save hours and go faster.

How to use ChatGPT to solve conflicts at work. 💥
Workplace conflicts are inevitable.
They happen every day in business. They are necessary and healthy.
But if not managed properly, they can quickly escalate.
That can lead to tension, resentment and ultimately slow down a project.
We’ve all been there right?
Whether you’re debating over feature priorities, misaligned timelines, or navigating tensions between teams, conflicts have a way of creeping into even the most efficient workflows.
In these moments, it’s crucial to have strategies and tools to address conflicts constructively.
That’s where ChatGPT can help. By leveraging its capabilities, you can unpack root causes, craft thoughtful responses, and even practice difficult conversations—all in a low-pressure environment.
Below are practical use cases showing how to apply ChatGPT to real-world workplace conflict scenarios.
In this week’s tutorial, we’re going to explore 5 ways ChatGPT can help you solve conflicts or disagreements.
Understanding the root cause of a conflict.
Crafting a constructive message.
Proposing solutions to find common ground.
Managing emotions before addressing a conflict.
Developing long-term emotion management skills.
For these use cases, we'll use the following scenario as an example.

Use Case 1: Understanding the root cause.
Sometimes, conflicts arise from misunderstandings or differing priorities. To address them effectively, it’s crucial to understand their root causes.
For example, say you’re in a disagreement with a colleague over how a project should be prioritized.
Describe the situation to ChatGPT and ask for insights:
Prompt: ✍️
"I’m experiencing a conflict involving [brief description].
You are a coach in conflict resolution specialised in helping product professionals. You’re highly emotionally intelligent and you know how to deal with disagreement and conflicts.
Could you outline potential reasons behind the disagreement, how each party (including me) might view the situation, and where misunderstandings might arise?
ChatGPT will help you identify the perspectives involved and highlight where communication might have broken down, providing a clearer starting point for resolution.
Tip: asking ChatGPT to outline your OWN perspective is an effective way to find words and expressions to formulate your point of view.
